Accommodation in Hawke’s Bay during the Festival is always at a premium and we do urge you to book early, however there are several ways to accommodate your stay.
NAPIER I-SITE
Art Deco Trust have partnered with Napier i-SITE to manage accommodation enquires. Napier i–SITE are in regular contact with the majority of accommodation providers, Hotels, Motels, B & B’s and Holiday Houses in Hawke’s Bay and surrounding areas. They will also monitor cancellations and offer to visitors who have contacted them. As the largest event in Hawke’s Bay, accommodation is limited and does get booked up early, however, despite assumption, it is not fully booked! Motor Homes
After previous success, the NZMCA Motor Home camp site is back for 2025!
Park at the most beautiful and convenient spot, right on the waterfront. The Entrance/exit will be opposite 597 Marine Parade – located South of the Spirit of Napier, 1.3km from the Napier Sound Shell – 200 vehicle capacity! Certified Self Contained Vehicles only.
- Arrival time from 1pm Wednesday 12th February, and please depart by 1pm on Monday 17th February
- $20.00 per night, per motorhome or caravan
- Cash payment to be made on arrival no eftpos onsite. No bookings – first in, first served basis.
