The Art Deco Trust Mobility Parks (along Herschell Street and outside the Napier iSITE) operate on a schedule. There are limited mobility parks available. For information about barrier passes/ mobility parking, please email

Alternatively, Napier  City Council have allowed us to use their parks beside the Napier Court Building on Dickens Street for mobility parking. However, this is on a first come, first served basis. There are no time restrictions for these parks. These parks will be monitored by Maori Wardens. Barrier Passes are not needed to access these parks.

Access to the Lower Lawn can be gained through the gate behind Ocean Spa. These passes are available for Festival suppliers to access the marquees on the Lower Lawn and for vintage cars to park on the sea side of the Lower Lawn path.

No alcohol is to be brought to the Festival. However, there is one exception – the Gatsby Picnic on Sunday 21st February between 11am and 5pm where alcohol may be consumed.

The Festival Garden Bar will be situated on the Lower Lawn, Marine Parade (opposite the Viewing Platform). There will be made-to-offer food from Orton’s and a selection of Mission Estate wines, Three Wise Bird Ciders and Deco City Beers.

The Bar is open Thursday from 4pm – 10pm, Friday from 11am – 11pm, Saturday from 10am – 11pm, and Sunday from 10am – 5pm.

Please note: the times may vary due to wind/ weather/ air traffic conditions. If any changes to the Warbirds Flyover schedule are necessary, we will notify you via the Art Deco Trust Facebook page.
