Please direct all lost property to the office upstairs at the Art Deco Trust.
A new parents room has opened in Ocean Boulevard which has private feeding spaces, a play area, changing facilities and hot water. Public toilets are nearby. Ocean Boulevard can be accessed from Dickens St or Emerson St.
Road closures will be in place over the Festival within the CBD.

The Art Deco Trust Mobility Parks (along Herschell Street and outside the Napier iSITE) operate on a schedule. There are limited mobility parks available. For information about barrier passes/ mobility parking, please email email@example.com
Alternatively, Napier City Council have allowed us to use their parks beside the Napier Court Building on Dickens Street for mobility parking. However, this is on a first come, first served basis. There are no time restrictions for these parks. These parks will be monitored by Maori Wardens. Barrier Passes are not needed to access these parks.
Access to the Lower Lawn can be gained through the gate behind Ocean Spa. These passes are available for Festival suppliers to access the marquees on the Lower Lawn and for vintage cars to park on the sea side of the Lower Lawn path.
No alcohol is to be brought to the Festival. However, there is one exception – the Gatsby Picnic on Sunday 21st February between 11am and 5pm where alcohol may be consumed.
The Festival Garden Bar will be situated on the Lower Lawn, Marine Parade (opposite the Viewing Platform). There will be made-to-offer food from Orton’s and a selection of Mission Estate wines, Three Wise Bird Ciders and Deco City Beers.
The Bar is open Thursday from 4pm – 10pm, Friday from 11am – 11pm, Saturday from 10am – 11pm, and Sunday from 10am – 5pm.
Please note: the times may vary due to wind/ weather/ air traffic conditions. If any changes to the Warbirds Flyover schedule are necessary, we will notify you via the Art Deco Trust Facebook page.

Door sales are available at the Art Deco Trust Centre and are subject to availability and only at selected events.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Booking fees apply and a credit card charge will apply to all ticket purchases.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tickets. We also do not have waiting lists for events. Alternatively you can try the Ticket Exchange – see below for more details.
We have a ticket exchange website and Facebook page where people can list tickets to events they can no longer attend. The Art Deco Ticket Exchange acts as a forum that joins people looking to buy tickets and people who are selling their tickets.
Yes, there is and it’s located North of the new Pump Track (1.3km from the Sound Shell).
The Motor Home camp site has an arrival date of Wednesday 17th February from 1pm and a departure time of 12pm midday on Monday 22nd February.
Please note: The parking site has no pre-bookings available so it’s a first in basis with a limit of 200. Cash payments will be made on the day (no eftpos on site).
There is a Taxi Stand on Hastings Street (beside the St John’s Cathedral fountain). There may be a wait on any taxi’s not pre-booked. (06) 835 7777

- The Vintage Vehicles crawl from Clive Square to Marine Parade via Lower and Upper Emerson Street, finishing at the Napier Sound Shell.
- Best spot to view – anywhere along Emerson Street. The cars also park on Marine Parade for public viewing from 1.30pm.

The Vintage Car Parade registration packs will be available for collection from Wednesday 17th from Fast Track Finance (74 Munroe Street, Napier). From Friday 19th February, the remaining packs can be collected from the Art Deco Centre – Walks and Tours desk downstairs.
Cars need to be made before 1946 to be eligible to enter the Vintage Car Parade.
