Marewa Meander Walking Tour

This popular festival walking tour takes you to Marewa, a suburb built on land raised by the 1931 Hawke’s Bay earthquake. “Marewa” means a gift from the sea in Māori. Your guide will lead you along the Art Deco homes and gardens of this unique area, offering fascinating insight into residential Art Deco design.

This 2-hour tour includes morning or afternoon tea and transport to and from Marewa.
