With the introduction to prohibition, an underground industry emerged. The National Distillery Company is excited to offer a workshop led by the renowned distiller and proprietor, Blair Nicholl. Upon arrival, you’ll be treated to a gin and tonic and an exclusive distillery tour that delves into the history of gin and the era of prohibition. The experience is followed by a botanical workshop, platters to share, and a gin tasting where you’ll craft your personal 750ml batch of bathtub gin inspired by the prohibition era to take with you.
