Transport yourself back to a 1930s carnival atmosphere that will unite our region! Inspired by the New Napier Carnival of 1933, the Soundshell and surrounds will be transformed with nostalgic games, food, live entertainment and the festivals much loved fashion flaunt, as we celebrate Hawke’s Bay’s incredible strength and resilience which echoes that of our forebears in 1931. This event is free and open to the public, so bring your family and friends for a fun-filled afternoon in the Soundshell.
